These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Easy Invest CRM platform ("the Service"), operated by Easy Invest Ltd. By creating an account, starting a free trial, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Easy Invest CRM is a subscription-based CRM platform delivered via the Easy Invest CRM app. Features include lead and client management, sales pipelines, automation workflows, email and SMS marketing, forms, funnels, landing pages, booking tools, reporting dashboards, and API integrations.
You must be at least 18 years old, act on behalf of a legitimate business, and use the Service for lawful business purposes only. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access at our sole discretion.
Following any free trial, a minimum commitment of three months applies. By continuing beyond the free trial, you agree to the minimum three-month term and all associated payment obligations.
A one-time onboarding fee applies prior to subscription commencement. Once setup or onboarding work has commenced, this fee is non-refundable.
If a payment fails, a seven-day grace period applies. Access may be restricted thereafter. If unresolved within a further 21 days, the account will be permanently closed and all data permanently deleted.
You may cancel by providing a minimum of 30 days' written notice. The minimum three-month term must still be completed.
No refunds are provided under any circumstances, except during an active free trial. This includes subscription fees, onboarding fees, setup services, and training calls.
Upon cancellation, data is retained for up to 28 days, then permanently deleted. We are not responsible for data loss following deletion.
You must not use the Service to send spam, engage in harassment, store illegal content, conduct fraud, breach GDPR or PECR, or reverse engineer the Service. Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
All platform technology, workflows, templates, branding, and systems remain the intellectual property of Easy Invest Ltd. Your uploaded data remains your property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 30 days. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
